Delete your account and data
The following applies to the AL Wassit RIM app. You can delete your account yourself at any time; it does not require our approval.
Deleting from inside the app
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete Account at the bottom of the list.
- Confirm your request in the two prompts shown.
If you cannot access the app
Email no-reply@bubbaships.com from the address registered on your account, stating the phone number linked to it. After we verify your identity, deletion is carried out within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your personal data: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, address, gender
- Your ads and their photos
- Your in-app messages
- Your profile picture
- Your device notification token, so notifications stop
What may remain, and why
We may keep records of financial transactions and bids for the period required by applicable law, or while a dispute or claim is open. Those records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted or anonymised once that period ends.
Deleting an account cannot be undone. Ads, bids, and messages cannot be recovered, and you will not be able to sign in with the same account again.
